My MS advisee Emily Ellis recently published a paper entitled 'Object-based delineation of urban tree canopy: assessing change in Oklahoma City, 2006–2013' in Computers, Environment and Urban Systems. The work contains the bulk of her thesis that focused on object-based remote sensing in the urban environment, specifically focusing on tree canopy delineation and assessment. The article can be downloaded here.
